Senior Scientist, Biologics Purification II

📋 Description

• Lead small-scale (<1L) purification of multi-specific antibody biologics for research assays
• Design and execute chromatography techniques and bioprocess strategies to reduce impurities
• Perform analytical characterization of molecules, end products, by-products, and intermediates
• Apply Design of Experiments with high throughput automation to optimize chromatography
• Drive innovation to improve downstream biologics processes and automation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present findings with clarity

🎯 Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Bioengineering, Biochemistry, or related field with relevant experience
• Deep proficiency in bioprocessing, chromatography, and antibody-based biologics manufacturing
• Expertise with AKTA chromatography systems
• Experience with high throughput automated liquid handling for chromatography (e.g., plates
• DOE experience with protein production scale-up preferred
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python) and Bioinformatics/AI tools a plus
