Senior Scientist – BTS (Process)

📋 Description

• Set and manage expectations, goals, time, resources, and risks.
• Maintain MS Project files and follow transfer methodologies as needed.
• Discuss assignments with project teams; plan experiments per guidelines.
• Motivate multidisciplinary teams to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ensure operations run under GxP and support pilot/clinical batches.
• Interpret results and decide path forward with the project team.

🎯 Requirements

• BSc/MSc/PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Eng, Chemical Process Tech, or related field.
• Experience scaling up chemical production processes.
• Familiarity with laboratory operations.
• Experience with GxP guidelines and MPS methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management principles and transfer methodologies.
