📋 Description

• Develop and scale high-throughput CRISPR screens in mouse models.
• Drive innovation in experimental workflows and screening methods.
• Collaborate with AI/ML, computational biology, and discovery teams to analyze data.
• Identify and resolve data-generation challenges: reproducibility, throughput, QC.
• Independently manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality data on time.
• Maintain records of experiments and findings for internal/external presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in molecular biology/genetics/pharmacology; 4+ years postdoc/industry.
• In vivo genetic manipulation (lentiviral/AAV), mouse handling and colony management.
• Familiar with perturb-seq and single-cell genomics.
• Troubleshoot, adapt protocols, and optimize in vivo methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; present complex results to multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior staff and researchers.
