📋 Description

• Independently perform LC-MS analyses of biologics for sequence verification, PTM profiles, etc
• Perform separation and biophysical methods to support characterization studies
• Design and execute experiments for method development and investigations
• Generate and communicate precise, reliable, reproducible data in a timely manner
• Organize and document experiments; author and review technical reports
• Represent Analytical Development in cross-functional program teams as characterization lead

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or MS in chemistry/biology/biochemistry with 0-3 (PhD) or 8+ (MS) years relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with protein mass spectrometry, LC, capillary electrophoresis, biophysical
• Strong understanding of protein structure, post-translational modifications, and analytical methods
• Experience with bioinformatics tools for mass spectrometry data processing
• Proficient with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and multitasking skills
