📋 Description

• Work confidently in a BSL-2 laboratory, adhering strictly to all biological safety guidelines
• Comprehend, refine directions, and educate other staff members in their areas of expertise
• Show leadership to plan, implement, and complete projects on time and within budget
• Develop scientific project plans, new workflows, and procedures in their areas of expertise
• Handle and direct multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring world-class results
• Possess a basic knowledge of the core concepts within their fields of expertise

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or equivalent in biology, chemistry, or related subjects
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in an R&D laboratory setting
• Extensive practical experience with methods in their areas of expertise
• Deep understanding of and practical experience in methods beyond their primary field of expertise
• Previous experience in line management, teaching, or student mentoring
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
