📋 Description

• Independently conceptualize, build, and apply fit-for-purpose models for upstream cell culture and
• Translate scientific and business challenges into modeling strategies that deepen process
• Advance next-generation modeling capabilities through deep integration with AI tools to accelerate
• Work closely with the Automation and Digitalization team to establish data workflows and integrated
• Integrate multidisciplinary data and scientific fundamentals to assess model performance
• Collaborate in an agile, fast-paced matrix team spanning IT, Data Science, CMC, and Development to

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and typically 10 years of experience, Master’s degree or
• Education background in chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, biochemistry, biochemical
• Experience in both upstream cell culture and downstream purification process development is
• Familiarity with AI tool development and experience integrating AI tools into the bioprocess
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and specifically illustrate strong oral and written
• Play a strong team player in a cross functional collaborative environment thriving for world class
