📋 Description

• Lead complex protein production and characterization efforts for drug discovery.
• Work across upstream construct/expression, mammalian and cell-free production, downstream
• Define technical approaches, integrate data across workflows, and inform decisions across protein
• Serve as technical point of contact for purification/characterization, coordinating with
• Advance scalable, data-rich workflows to improve throughput, reproducibility, and learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in biochemistry, molecular biology, bioengineering, chemical engineering, protein sciences
• Experience leading protein production, purification, and characterization strategies.
• Proficiency in mammalian and cell-free expression, purification, and analytical methods for protein
• Strong data integration and problem-solving to identify root causes and drive decisions.
• Experience with CRO/CDMO/vendor interactions and process transfer.
• Experience with automation, high-throughput approaches, and data-driven workflows is desirable.
