Senior Scientist I - Cell Culture Process Development

📋 Description

• Develop and characterize CHO cell culture processes for cGMP manufacturing
• Lead initiatives to reduce cost of goods via process improvements
• Design and analyze experiments using Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate scientific data
• Author and review technical reports and documents
• Adhere to GMP compliance and safety standards

🎯 Requirements

• BS with 10+ yrs, MS with 8+ yrs, or PhD
• Experience with mammalian suspension cell culture
• Independent experiment design and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of cell culture processes and scale-up/down
• Experience with metabolic modeling and machine learning
• Familiarity with bioreactor perfusion and PAT tools
