📋 Description

• Independently design CHO expression improvements in vector and host cells.
• Design/test vector constructs in CHO lines for higher mAb titer.
• Transfection, aseptic CHO culture, copy-number/RNA analysis, titer measurement.
• Operate/interpret data from CLD tools (Octet, ViCell, Beacon, flow cytometry).
• Engineer cells to knock in/out target genes (CRISPR/Cas or equivalent).
• Draft and present cell line development reports to group/leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• BS + 10+ yrs, MS + 8 yrs, or PhD with no min.
• Ability to read literature, synthesize inputs, and design proper controls.
• Independent data analysis and clear communication of results.
• Proficient in designing vector improvements to boost CHO expression.
• Strong knowledge of mammalian expression: genomic/epigenetic regulation and transcription.
• CRISPR/Cas cell engineering; transfection, CHO culture, Octet, Beacon.
