Senior Scientist I, Experimental & Systems Immunology

📋 Description

• Design, execute, and interpret immunology-focused experiments using primary human cells, PBMCs
• Design and execute studies using complex in vitro models, including organoids or complex co-culture
• Develop and implement assays to characterize immune cell function, signaling pathways, cellular
• Generate and analyze data from flow cytometry, cytokine profiling, NGS-based approaches
• Partner with computational biologists, bioinformaticians, translational scientists, and
• Apply statistical and computational approaches to analyze complex datasets and communicate findings

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA, MS, or PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related scientific
• Strong scientific background in immunology and immune-mediated diseases.
• Demonstrated expertise in experimental design, execution, and interpretation.
• Hands-on experience working with primary human samples, including PBMCs, tissues, or
