Senior Scientist I, Molecular Profiling and Drug Delivery (MPDD)

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional MPDD teams to advance drug candidates.
• Identify solid forms of API and develop scalable isolation.
• Establish structure–property–performance relationships.
• Apply automation, analytics, and modeling tools.
• Support development through Phase I–III toward regulatory submissions.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD with 8+/5+/0-3 years pharma experience.
• Strong knowledge of biopharmaceutics, salts, and cocrystals.
• Polymorphism, solid form development, and materials property expertise.
• Experience with PXRD, HPLC, thermal methods, microscopy, particle size.
• Familiar with computational tools for physicochemical assessments.
• Independent research leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
