📋 Description

• Design and apply thermodynamics-based and AI/ML-enabled solutions for formulation and process
• Translate complex physicochemical data into predictive insights on solubility, phase behavior, and
• Develop hybrid modeling that combines first-principles with machine learning for robust decisions.
• Create in-silico tools and workflows to broaden adoption across development teams.
• Define robust model validation, uncertainty assessment, and applicability domain evaluation.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering, physical chemistry, materials science, or
• Strong thermodynamics knowledge applied to pharmaceutical materials.
• Proven quantitative modeling ability and data interpretation.
• Experience using AI/ML for scientific problems with emphasis on data quality and interpretability.
• Ability to combine mechanistic insight with data-driven methods.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
