📋 Description

• Collaborate with Disease Biology and Therapeutic Protein Design to set targets.
• Design engineering strategies to optimize affinity, specificity, and developability.
• Express, purify, and characterize proteins and antibodies using chromatography.
• Coordinate binder discovery campaigns; prioritize screening; interpret results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize molecules toward clinical development.
• Mentor junior staff and manage CROs for outsourced production and assays.

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in molecular biology, biochemistry, structural biology, or related field.
• 4+ years industry biotech/biopharma R&D for large molecule programs.
• Extensive hands-on protein engineering experience with antibodies and proteins.
• Deep expertise in antibody formats, production, purification, and characterization.
• Developability assessments and stability studies proficiency.
• PyMOL and AlphaFold for structure visualization/modeling.
