📋 Description

• Facilitate agile rites, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and
• Remove impediments faced by team members and assist in identifying and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with the client's Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Monitor the team's progress and performance using agile metrics and reporting.
• Train and mentor teams in the adoption of agile practices and Scrum methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced/fluent English proficiency.
• Good communication skills.
• Proactivity.
• Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Experience as a Scrum Master — you should be ready to operate independently from day one, without
• Proven experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies in complex, multi-workstream environments
