Set up and run key Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective
Plan and track the key milestones of the methodology
Make sure Scrum is applied smoothly, and help the team work through any obstacles
Support the Product Owner with the Product Backlog
Help the team deliver on the Definition of Done, Sprint Backlog, and related deliverables
Track team capacity and velocity to support planning and progress tracking

🎯 Requirements

At least 6 years in a relevant role
Comfortable with Agile reporting and tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
Familiar with automated unit/functional testing and CI tooling
Solid grasp of software development and project management methodologies
Able to balance Agile coaching with real delivery ownership
Experience in large organizations, comfortable managing dependencies in complex environments
