Identify and resolve structural impediments at team, process, and organizational level
Coach and develop teams and their Product Owners

🎯 Requirements

At least 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Experience coaching at least three teams simultaneously
Experience in complex IT and business environments
Excellent Dutch language skills (written and spoken)
Experience in a SAFe environment or similar scaled agile framework
Minimum PSM II certification
