Senior Scrum Master (Maternity Cover)

📋 Description

• Manage the development of in-scope products in-line with product backlog priorities and the roadmap
• Champion all scrum events and ensure they are positive, productive, and time-boxed
• Work closely with Product Owners to refine and groom product backlog items to have sufficient
• Orchestrate the work of the scrum teams during sprint and being responsible for the output
• Help resolve impediments through troubleshooting
• Protect, promote and support team self-organisation through empowerment

🎯 Requirements

• 7 years+ Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead experience gained from development of complex software
• Proven track record of successful project deliveries and of enabling data-driven continuous
• Experience in leading local and offshore development teams
• Possess a degree in Business Computing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or
• Hold relevant industry certifications, accreditations or specialization
