Senior SDET, Agentic Quality

📋 Description

• Strengthen automated test suites, improve reliability and coverage, eliminate flaky tests
• Own and evolve shared test frameworks across unit, integration, and E2E testing
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated checks, and quality gates
• Build AI-powered tools for test design, code review, verification, and quality assurance
• Partner with developers through pairing, code reviews, and technical guidance
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and alerts to identify production issues early

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years professional software development experience
• 5+ years hands-on test automation as SDET or similar
• Experience building test frameworks, internal tools, or CI tooling
• Proven experience with browser automation (Playwright or Cypress)
• Experience owning CI pipelines with GitHub Actions or similar
• Daily experience using AI coding agents and building agentic workflows
