Senior SDET, Agentic Quality

📋 Description

• Strengthen automated test suites by improving reliability, expanding coverage, and eliminating
• Own and evolve shared test frameworks across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated checks, and quality gates.
• Build AI-powered workflows for test design, code review, verification, and quality assurance.
• Partner with developers through pairing, code reviews, and technical guidance.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and alerts for production health and release readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software development and 5+ years in test automation.
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Hands-on with browser automation frameworks like Playwright or Cypress.
• Proven ownership of CI pipelines with GitHub Actions or equivalent.
• Daily use of AI coding agents and building agentic tools.
• Working knowledge of DevOps, monitoring, and observability.
