Lead restraint concepts to enable unique cabin configurations
Support user clinics to optimize seat and restraint comfort
Collaborate with OEMs, suppliers, and Waymo Product/ID teams

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in automotive seating and restraints concept development
Experience with seating comfort assessment using subjective and objective methods
Knowledge of FMVSS, ECE, NCAP, IIHS protocols
Proficient with RAMSIS, CAVA, and Catia CAD tools
Ability to negotiate targets/requirements with OEMs and suppliers
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with cross-functional teams
