Senior Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end vulnerability management across Calico; PoCs and CVEs.
• Conduct threat modeling and security design reviews across Calico OSS, Enterprise, Cloud.
• Ensure code security via secure code reviews, SAST, and dependency scanning.
• Build internal security tooling, write PoCs, and drive remediation with engineering.
• Contribute to detection engineering across cloud and SIRT investigations.
• Drive secure-by-default patterns and AI-assisted security automation for developers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on security engineering experience in product and/or cloud security.
• Experience driving vulnerability management end-to-end: discovery, triage, POC, fixes.
• Threat modeling and security design reviews across the SDLC.
• Internal security testing of web apps, APIs, and cloud infra (Burp Suite).
• Kubernetes and container security across GCP/AWS/Azure.
• Coding in Python or Go.
