Senior Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and ship core security platform systems in the Lumos codebase.
• Lead multi-sprint security projects end to end across teams.
• Run security architecture reviews and threat models for new products.
• Drive least-privilege access to production systems and secrets.
• Triage and fix vulnerabilities from pentests and scanning.
• Participate in security oncall and incident response.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering, 3+ in security.
• Proven track record shipping production security systems.
• Strong backend skills; Python and TypeScript a plus.
• Clear written communication of risk and trade-offs.
• Experience with threat modeling and secure design review.
• Experience securing AWS cloud infrastructure and IaC.
