Senior Security Engineer I

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage security solutions to protect Braze's users and infrastructure
• Develop and enforce security infrastructure to scale with Braze's growing needs
• Be adaptable as Braze's ecosystem evolves; act as a security knowledge resource
• Expand SIEM capabilities by configuring detections and alerting
• Automate detections and reporting; prioritize ingestion and operability
• Build high-scale security functionality for a growing customer base and expanding footprint

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Security Engineering with focus on enterprise, network, and endpoint security
• 3+ years in a corporate security org with hands-on, technical implementation
• Prior experience as technical authority in a team environment
• Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience protecting SaaS apps; securing Email, Mac endpoints, IAM, CrowdStrike EDR
• End-to-end security reviews of SaaS apps, data flow, auth controls, third-party security
