Senior Security Engineer I – Customer Trust (Remote Eligible)

📋 Description

• Lead US customer trust ops: intake, triage, and completion of security questionnaires and RFIs.
• Respond to security inquiries with technical depth and credible answers.
• Manage questionnaire queue and SLAs; track timelines and escalate delays.
• Build relationships and provide security assurance to customer teams.
• Support US sales; collaborate to remove security blockers.
• Escalate complex assessments; involve experts (AI security, FedRAMP, HIPAA).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer trust, vendor risk, or security assessment roles at SaaS/cloud firms.
• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Proven track record completing customer security questionnaires, vendor assessments, and RFIs.
• Working knowledge of GRC frameworks and standards: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA.
• Strong technical security foundation: cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data protection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain security topics to diverse audiences.
