Senior Security Engineer I – GRC FedRAMP (Remote Eligible)

📋 Description

• Own FedRAMP and GovRAMP certifications and roadmaps.
• Manage 3PAO relationships and assessments.
• Lead ConMon execution: monthly, annual, and event-driven deliverables.
• Manage POA&M processes: identify, track, and close findings on deadlines.
• Coordinate security changes with product/engineering; obtain agency approval.
• Engage with authorizing officials and federal agencies; provide status updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years FedRAMP and GovRAMP with ATOs.
• Experience with accredited 3PAOs; initial and annual assessments.
• Degree in CS/CE/Cybersecurity or related field or equivalent.
• Deep FedRAMP continuous monitoring: monthly/annual deliverables, POA&M, scans, pentest.
• Strong NIST_800-53 knowledge: baselines, overlays (ITAR, CJIS, HIPAA).
• Cloud security foundation: AWS/GCP/Azure, IAM, encryption, logging, IR.
