Senior Security Engineer, SailPoint ISC

📋 Description

• Provide L2/L3 operational support for SailPoint ISC.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and platform issues.
• Perform configuration updates, connector management, workflows, transforms, and rules.
• Support onboarding, provisioning, access requests, certifications, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with engineering and customers, lead technical discussions, provide updates.
• Drive continuous service improvements and automation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of IAM/IGA experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on SailPoint ISC experience.
• Strong hands-on SailPoint ISC operations, admin, and managed services.
• P1roven experience supporting L2/L3 incidents in enterprise IAM/IGA.
• Experience troubleshooting connectors, REST APIs, identity synchronization, provisioning, lifecycle issues.
• SailPoint ISC certification is an added advantage.
