Senior Security Engineer, Security Incident Response Team (SIRT) - EMEA

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end incident response for high-severity events in 24/7 on-call.
• Prepare executive communications to keep stakeholders informed during incidents.
• Investigate complex security incidents across cloud environments using DFIR.
• Collaborate with Signals Eng to design SIEM use cases, alerts, and telemetry.
• Build automation and AI-driven workflows to speed triage and response.
• Mentor engineers and elevate the incident response maturity.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong incident response experience in cloud-first environments.
• Experience using or administering Git/GitLab in security context.
• Hands-on with SIEM, EDR, and/or detection engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and GCP).
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and adversary tactics.
• Experience building automation (Python, scripting, SOAR).
• Interest in applying AI/ML for detection or response.
