Senior Security Engineer (Team Lead)

📋 Description

• Think security end-to-end across app, infra, supply chain, endpoints, and compliance.
• Team Lead role; start as hands-on IC, then lead the DevSec team.
• Ramp-up: ship security work, co-own roadmaps, learn delivery methodologies.
• Post ramp-up: ~60% leadership, ~40% hands-on; own end-to-end security programs.
• The work spans app security, infra security, security automation/AI, endpoint security, posture assessments, and compliance.
• DevSec is part of Platform; remote-first, Europe-wide; team in Estonia/Poland.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in at least two security domains; think in posture and risk.
• Built or scaled an end-to-end security program (process, tooling, adoption).
• Coding/automation ability (Python preferred) and AWS security depth.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and securing it (LLM tooling).
• Leadership readiness; mentoring, deputising for a lead, or formal lead experience.
• Located in Europe.
