Senior Security Engineer - Threat Detection

📋 Description

• Advocate security in CI/CD pipelines and embed gates early.
• Build guardrails, standards, and developer-facing security guidance.
• Translate findings into reusable secure coding standards and references.
• Conduct app-layer security tests across APIs, web, and mobile surfaces.
• Evaluate DAST findings against OWASP ASVS; triage, remediation guidance.
• Investigate compromises and develop threat-hunting hypotheses to action.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in cybersecurity with offensive security foundation.
• Hands-on application security: API testing, auth flows, OWASP Top 10/ASVS.
• Experience integrating security into CI/CD with SAST/DAST/SCA.
• Able to read code and discuss architecture with developers.
• Experience conducting security design and specification reviews.
