Act as escalation interface to customer engineering and vendors; approve runbook and authority

🎯 Requirements

BE/BTech (CS/IT/E&TC) or equivalent.
10–14 years, including 3+ years leading 24×7 operations (SOC and/or NOC).
Incident command track record on P1s with executive-visible outcomes.
Architecture-level grasp of SIEM pipelines, GCP, and data-center networking.
Customer-facing gravitas; crisp written reporting.
