📋 Description

• Design identity and access for AI agents; credentials and scoped permissions.
• Engineer hybrid production IAM at scale across on-prem and cloud.
• Develop workload authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Establish a secure golden path for development with IAM controls.
• Own end-to-end security services within Roblox infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building scalable distributed backend applications.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, C++, or C# .NET.
• AI fluency: understands LLMs and agent identity.
• REST APIs, design patterns, scalable containerized systems.
• Experience mentoring or leading engineers.
• PKI, PAM, RBAC/ABAC experience.
