Senior Security Specialist (Crypto / Digital Assets)

📋 Description

• Lead security across regulated digital-asset services (trading, custody, staking, on-chain)
• Own end-to-end crypto platform security: key management and custody controls
• Secure cloud and platform: AWS multi-account security, Kubernetes, data residency
• Embed DevSecOps into SDLC: SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets governance, IAM
• Lead threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability programs
• Align controls with MiCA, DORA, FCA, GDPR and ISO/SOC/NIST standards

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in information security; senior security engineer/architect/lead
• Direct crypto/digital-asset custody or regulated finance security experience
• Strong AWS security background; Kubernetes, containers, API security, IaC
• Practical knowledge of security in regulated finance; ISO27001, SOC 2, NIST
• Experience with threat modelling, risk assessments, incident response, third-party security
• Python proficiency for automation and scripting
