Senior Semiconductor Reliability Engineer – Advanced Silicon & Packaging

📋 Description

• Own reliability strategy for advanced AI silicon in datacenter scale
• Lead reliability across silicon nodes and packaging technologies
• Shape reliability from tech selection to bring-up, qualification, manufacturing
• Assess risk, guide sign-off, lead qualification and root-cause analysis
• Collaborate across silicon, packaging, manufacturing and quality teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Eng, Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Eng, or related
• Strong semiconductor reliability across silicon, BEOL, interconnect or advanced packaging
• Deep understanding of EM, TDDB, BTI and HCI
• Hands-on with HTOL, thermal cycling/shock, reflow, JEDEC standards
• Ability to use X-ray and CSAM for defect diagnoses and root-cause analysis
• Strong technical judgement, communication, and ownership across foundries, OSATs, labs, teams
