Senior SEO Manager

📋 Description

• Define and execute SEO and organic discovery across web and AI platforms
• Prioritize and execute SEO roadmap with content, technical, and programmatic initiatives
• Collaborate with SEO, content, social, and paid media to scale discovery
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive SEO best practices
• Lead technical SEO (indexing, data, crawl) and work with Product/Engineering
• Establish reporting on visibility, traffic, engagement, and conversions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing SEO programs in-house for large-scale websites, marketplaces, or platforms
• Experience leading technical SEO initiatives in partnership with engineering teams
• Experience using SEO and data platforms (GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush) to analyze performance
• Demonstrated history of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving measurable impact through SEO initiatives
• Experience optimizing for discovery beyond web search (apps, social, marketplaces)
• Experience using AI-driven search tools and methods for analysis and optimization (Profound, Promptwatch)
