📋 Description

• Design SEO strategies prioritizing impact on traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Identify high-value growth opportunities; estimate impact, ROI, and resources.
• Lead end-to-end SEO projects across Product, Engineering, Content and Marketing.
• Provide IA, infra, and technical SEO decisions (crawling, indexing, CWV, structured data).
• Foster an AI-first mindset and automation to scale workflows.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and analyses to monitor SEO impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience as SEO Strategist on high-traffic sites (>5M visits).
• Experience with international sites; adapt global SEO for local markets.
• Data-driven with strong analytics; translate data into actions.
• Hands-on with AI/LLMs to build SEO solutions and automate workflows.
• HTML, JavaScript, CSS knowledge; ranking factors incl. AI ecosystems.
• Excellent Spanish and English written and spoken communication.
