📋 Description

• Design SEO strategies prioritizing business impact on traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Lead end-to-end SEO projects; coordinate with Product, Eng, Content and Marketing.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and attribution to monitor SEO impact.
• Guide information architecture, infrastructure, and technical SEO (crawling, indexing, CWV, structured data).
• Foster an AI-first mindset; automate workflows and scale SEO across ecosystems.
• Present results to stakeholders and mentor SEO specialists.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as an SEO Strategist on sites with >5M monthly visits.
• International sites experience; adapt global SEO for local markets.
• Hands-on with AI/LLMs to build SEO solutions and automate workflows.
• HTML/JS/CSS; Google Apps Script, Python; SQL for data analysis.
• Excellent Spanish and English written and oral communication.
• Proactive and able to lead cross-functional teams.
