Senior Server Engineer I, Platform and Dev Productivity

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain shared platform tools, frameworks, and infra for fast, secure development.
• Reduce friction in developer workflows with code generation, templating, pipelines, and shared libraries.
• Define, document, standardize guidelines for service platform usage and governance.
• Evaluate, integrate, or build developer infrastructure tools, such as CI/CD and monitoring.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of shared ownership and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Go, Python, Scala, or Ruby; able to learn quickly.
• Experience building, deploying, and operating distributed microservices on Kubernetes.
• Experience designing or maintaining developer tooling or internal platform services.
• Ownership to drive projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Developer empathy and a platform mindset for engineers.
• Experience with observability tools (metrics, logging, tracing).
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, and cloud operations.
