Senior Server Engineer, Identity Platform

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable identity backend services (auth, tokens, security)
• Partner with Product, Security, Legal, and Eng teams to strengthen identity foundations
• Drive architectural excellence and long-term identity strategy
• Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, high-trust environment
• Influence system design; lead security, performance, and scalability discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development in backend engineering
• Proficient in at least one core backend language (Ruby, Java, Scala, Python, or Go)
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Redis, Cassandra)
• Knowledge of distributed systems and technologies like Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC)
• Collaborative mindset with ability to mentor others
