🎯 Requirements

7+ years of professional software/backend experience.
Proficient in Ruby/Java/Scala/Python/Go or quick learner.
Relational and NoSQL databases in production (MySQL, Redis, Cassandra).
Distributed systems knowledge: Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker.
Experience with auth/identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, WebAuthn).
Collaborative communicator who mentors others and learns.
