Senior Service Design & Transition Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, supportable services, including service models
• Partner with Commercial, Sales, Product, Operations, and Client teams on service design, bids
• Align contractual commitments with operational capabilities and address gaps and risks before launch
