• Build and own the end-to-end service journey for Platform Engineering.
• Improve the developer experience across internal tools and workflows.
• 80/20 split: 80% service design, 20% hands-on UX/UI.
• Shape AI-enabled developer experiences in workflows.
• Define strategic vision and roadmaps for the internal developer platform.
• Socialize service design across the PX practice.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in design; 3+ years in service design for SaaS/B2B.
• Full-stack service design; deep understanding of underlying systems.
• Systems thinking; map journeys across ecosystems.
• Consulting mindset; coach teams to make design-led decisions.
• Exceptional communication; facilitation and storytelling across stakeholders.
• Technically fluent; comfortable in technical discussions; not required to be an engineer.
