Senior Service Engineer - Fluid Systems

📋 Description

• Deploy and operate Form’s utility-scale batteries; ensure high uptime.
• Lead service tooling, diagnostics, and test fixtures for electrolyte & gas systems.
• Collaborate with hardware/software, manufacturing, QA to improve serviceability.
• Troubleshoot complex systems remotely (telemetry) and in the field.
• Direct engineers and technicians; coordinate with customers for satisfaction.
• Travel to client sites up to 50% of the time; support surge periods.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Process Eng or related; 6+ years.
• Experience troubleshooting liquid/gas handling systems (ventilation, distribution).
• Hydrogen gas management or electrolyte processing experience a plus.
• Read, interpret, and redline P&IDs and mechanical schematics.
• Proficient with hand/power tools; pumps, fans, valves.
• SQL, Python (or equivalent) and SolidWorks experience a plus.
