Senior Service Improvement Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the development and implementation of quality, performance and continuous service improvement
• Translate quality assurance findings, operational insight and performance data into practical
• Develop and maintain the Operational Excellence Framework across Entitlement Services
• Provide leadership and oversight of quality assurance activities
• Lead the production and interpretation of management information, performance reporting and
• Build strong relationships with Operational Managers, Senior Leaders and key business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience within operational management, quality assurance, service improvement or
• Proven ability to influence managers and senior stakeholders
• Experience leading quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong understanding of performance management, operational governance and service excellence
• Demonstrable experience interpreting complex operational data and translating insight into
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
