• Lead design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions on the platform
• Build multi-system integrations and scalable data models

• ServiceNow development: client/server scripting, Flow Designer, performance
• REST/SOAP integrations and data structures for scoped apps
• Modular components (Script Includes, subflows) and modern UI patterns
• Lead end-to-end enhancements; manage risks; technical POC
• Security: ACLs, authentication; change mgmt; instance health
• Strong communication; lead demos; clarify requirements; influence design
