Senior Services Learning Trainer

📋 Description

• Design and develop learning content for Intuitive products (web, ILT, blended, virtual)
• Create technical product videos and online modules; integrate into LMS
• Provide internal and external customer training and support
• Collaborate with Instructional Designer to support customers' programs
• Lead technical training development for Intuitive platforms and certifications
• Participate in learning projects from analysis to evaluation

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills and multitask
• Strong verbal/written communication and teamwork
• Ability to analyze complex situations and solve problems
• Experience with SAP, SFDC, ERP; regulatory/document control
• Adult learning methodologies; cross-functional collaboration; project management
• Associates degree or higher; 7+ years in training; able to stand and lift
