Senior Services Program Manager, Actimize (LMS Administrator)

📋 Description

• Support and eventually own the end-to-end LMS implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout
• Manage users, enrollments, learning plans, courses, certifications, permissions, and workflows
• Configure and maintain LMS features based on business requirements
• Coordinate with LMS vendors and internal IT teams for integrations and issue resolution
• Manage training registrations, learner access, course assignments, and certification workflows
• Ensure LMS data and learning records are accurate and up to date

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in LMS administration, Learning Technology, or Learning Operations
• Hands-on experience with enterprise LMS platforms such as Sana, Docebo, Cornerstone, Moodle
• Experience in LMS implementation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of digital learning, SCORM, learner management, and certification workflows
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; experience with Excel/Power BI is desirable
• Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams
