📋 Description

• Create content that grabs attention and makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in social media video formats and editing techniques
• Collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional departments on rapid fire requests and
• Attend creative brainstorms, kick offs, and team meetings contributing ideas and design strategy
• Mentor Creators and Creator Residents, and in some cases Art Directors and Copywriters

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years professional creative experience with demonstrable passion for creative content across
• Proven experience as a video shooter/editor, preferably in advertising or digital media
• Solid understanding of video production techniques including lighting, framing, and audio
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Extraordinary content creation skills with focus on video and motion design
• Responsible, accountable, self-starter who demonstrates initiative
