Senior Site Management Lead

📋 Description

• Provide direction and operational expertise for all Clinical Site Management (CSM) integrity
• Serve as the overall CSM functional study strategy leader and single point accountability for study
• Analyze study timelines and assumptions to confirm deliverables are feasible; support and
• Develop and lead study-level site monitoring and site engagement strategies.
• Ensure study timelines are maintained and communicate essential study information to country-level
• Drive site-level activities including site selection, activation, engagement, protocol adherence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree in (para)medical or scientific field.
• Minimum of 7 years industry clinical research experience including 2 years of monitoring/project
• Preferred experience in study initiation through completion across multiple phases (Phase II/III
• Experience in multiple therapeutic areas or indications highly desired.
• High level of core and technical competencies across clinical trial components.
• Good communication skills and leadership abilities; able to influence without authority in a matrix
