Senior Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Bridge between software development and operations to deliver reliable speed to clients.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams in a DevOps approach, focusing production stability.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and create observability systems.
• Collaborate to analyze failure scenarios and mitigation strategies.
• Participate in incident management, including on-call duties.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software/DevOps/QA/cloud engineering with at least 2 years as SRE.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and coaching skills.
• Experience incident management for high-value, 24x7 services.
• Proficient in programming/scripting; cloud basics (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong monitoring expertise with Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins).
