• Own production reliability; monitor availability, capacity, throughput.
• Evolve systems by adding reliability to the roadmap.
• Lead incident response and rapid resolution.
• Coordinate bug reprioritization for support or sales.
• Ensure scalable deployments via automation across environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert in managed Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP; Terraform, Pulumi.
• CI/CD: Buildkite, ArgoCD.
• Languages: Go, Python; Scripting: Shell.
• Linux internals and administration.
• Networking: Site-to-Site VPNs, PrivateLinks, Private Service Connect.
• Databases: PostgreSQL and major databases.
• AI-assisted engineering: using AI tools for code review/automation.
